Speaker Anthony King is a senior majoring in Nursing with a Health Sciences minor, representing the College of Nursing. He started his involvement in Student Government in the 43rd Senate where he was CRT Vice Chair and Deputy Pro-Tempore, and in the 44th Senate he became President Pro-Tempore and ASF Vice Chair. Currently, Anthony serves as the Speaker of the 45th Senate and wants to foster a more unified and transparent Student Government Association. He has been very involved in other campus activities, including serving on the Interfraternity Council Executive Board and in his fraternity Theta Chi.

President Pro Tempore Jaclyn Graham is in her second term as a student Senator, representing the College of Sciences, seat 4. President Pro Tempore Graham is in her Junior year of study, majoring in Political Science- International Relations and Comparative Politics Track, with a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance, and certificates in Criminal Profiling and Behavioral Forensics. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts, Jaclyn plans on attending law school, and working as a prosecutor as a stepping stone to her main career aspiration of becoming a Circuit Judge. President Pro Tempore Graham has held several leadership positions in her time at the University of Central Florida, which include President and co-founder of the Greeks Going Green organization, Collegiate Liaison for the Environmental Coalition, Marketing Chair for the Greek Council, Vice President of Finance for Delta Delta Delta, Vice Chair for the Legislative, Judicial, and Rules committee, as well as playing for the UCF Women's Club Lacrosse team. As often as she can, Jaclyn visits the beach to relax. Her other hobbies include running, community service, and coaching youth sports teams. In the 45th Senate, President Pro Tempore Graham seeks to renovate and re-vamp the workings of Senate, the Pro Tempore's office, improve the level of transparency between the Senate and others, push the green initiative, maintain fiscal responsibility, all the while assisting the Senators in fulfilling their potential to become the best Senators they can be.

Senator Lauren Esposito is a sophomore representing the College of Arts and Humanities. She is a double major in History and Bio-Medical Sciences. Lauren is from Tampa Florida and wishes to pursue a career in medicine, either P.A School or Pharmacy School. Lauren is very involved here at UCF and off campus as well, she was on the senate leadership council her freshmen year, is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor Society, Volunteers at the Florida East Hospital, is a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, and is a student senator. Lauren has a great passion for UCF and participates in as many activities on campus as she can! Her main goal for the 45th Senate is being responsible and contributing her knowledge about senate to make it the best it can be!

Jason Sena is currently a junior studying Accounting and Finance. Born and raised in Tampa Jason was very active within his high school in which he was a part of SGA and founded an organization. During Jason's freshman year he was involved in Financial Management Association, Phi Beta Lambda, and UCF Ultimate Frisbee Club. In his sophomore year, Jason pledged Alpha Kappa Psi, a Professional Business Fraternity and became a full member during Fall 2011 semester. He held the position of Spirit Chair for the fraternity for 2 semesters. During the Spring 2012 semester, Jason joined Team Uknighted Cornerstone group in which he held the position of Project and Fundraising manager and lead his team into winning the Cornerstone Social Entrepreneurship Competition. Jason is now currently a Cost Control Intern for Lockheed Martin Apache Fire Control Program as well as serving on the 45th Senate. Jason currently sits on the Legislative, Judicial, and Review Committee as well the Senate Leadership Council mentorship program. Future aspiration includes becoming a full time employee for Lockheed Martin and attending Graduate school either at UCF or UF. In his free time Jason enjoys hanging out with friends and rooting for his favorite sports team which includes the UCF Knights.

Senator Matthew Wagener is a sophomore representing the College of Business Administration. He is double majoring in accounting and finance with future aspirations to start his own business. On campus, Matthew is a member of the Honors Congress here at UCF as well as being a brother in the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. In his term as a senator, he hopes to always fight for the best interests of his constituents and ensure that SGA is using student funds responsibly. Matthew is from North Miami and has an older brother and sister who are both Knights as well.

Greg Cullen is a senior representing the College of Business Administration Seat 4 for Senate and he is majoring in finance and management. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and attended high school in Clermont, Florida where he played lacrosse, soccer, and cross country. Greg has been a member of Phi Delta Theta for the past year, where he currently serves as historian and Interfraternity Council delegate for the chapter. He hopes to be an asset for the students of the University of Central Florida by providing an open door policy and continually supporting the best interests of all of the students at this prestigious university. Greg has had a broad spectrum of experience in starting and managing businesses, being involved in fraternity life, and is currently interning at Lockheed Martin. He loves eating Chipotle, watching the American Horror Story show, and singing Frank Sinatra songs a capellella, especially "Come Fly with Me." He enjoys every opportunity of meeting new people and creating beneficial connections, so stop by SGA and introduce yourself to him soon!

Senator Jesse James Simmons is a senior that is representing the College of Business Administration. He is an Economics major, and is from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Simmons is a transfer student to UCF from Florida Atlantic University. Here at UCF, Simmons is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and seated in the Internal Public Relations Committee. In his spare time Simmons loves to play music, and to swim. His current goal for SGA is to perform his responsibilities to best of his ability, and to ensure that those who representation are represented as they should be.

Gabriella Perez is a junior studying General Business and currently serves as Seat 7 for the College of Business Administration. This is Gabriella's third year in the Student Government Association; she was a member of the Senate Leadership Council as a freshman and ran for Senate as a sophomore. Gabriella served as Legislative Assistant, SLC Chair and a member of the Elections and Appointment Committee for all of the 44th Senate Session. Gabriella currently serves the same positions for the 45th session. Her favorite part of her Senate experience is having her SLC students currently serve on Senate beside her! In addition to SGA, Gabriella Perez is the Panhellenic Delegate for Kappa Delta sorority and a graduate of the LEAD scholars program.

Senator Lindsay Davis is currently a freshman studying Electrical Engineering and is representing the College of Engineering and Computer Science. Lindsay is from Niceville, FL which is a small city near Pensacola, FL. Lindsay has many different ideas of what she wants to do in the future but right now she is leaning toward researching sustainable energy and/or developing robots or robotics to help people with disabilities or for space research. Lindsay is currently the Events Chair for IEEE, a member of Knights Longboarding, also a member of SWE, and plays intramural soccer. One of Lindsay's hobbies is researching things she doesn't know about because she always loves learning new things, others include soccer, snowboarding, and longboarding. Through her role on the 45th senate Lindsay hopes to support the students' needs such as increasing the funding for student services and to help UCF become even more sustainable.

Merritt Robbins is a freshman representing College of Engineering and Computer Science. Merritt is from Alachua, Florida and hopes to eventually work in the alternative energy industry and own a home that is completely "off the grid." Merritt is on Administrative Committee of IEEE since fall 2012, an active member of the Knights Longboarding club, and plays intramural soccer. Merritt has been on the dean’s list for his entire time at UCF. Through his role as a senator Merritt hopes to increase involvement among engineers in clubs and extracurricular activities.

Ryan Grail is a senator representing the College of Health and Public Affairs seat 6. He is a senior majoring in Public Administration with minors in Leadership Studies and Creative Writing, and is looking to go into Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs. He has worked for over a year as a Peer Advisor for the College of Health and Public Affairs, serves as Director of Leadership and Academics for Greek Council, Campus Involvement Chair for the Interfraternity Council, and is an active member within his fraternity Delta Sigma Phi. In SGA Senate, he currently serves as Chair of the Campus Relations Committee, and is a member of the Financial Allocations for Organizations Committee and Senate Leadership Council Committee. Shanzay Pervaiz Seat #6 sgahpa6@ucf.edu
Shanzay Pervaiz is a senator for the College of Health and Public Affairs, Seat 6. She is currently a sophomore, majoring in Legal Studies, and also recently picked up a minor in criminal justice. Shanzay was born and raised in the beautiful city of Santa Monica, California. She aspires to gain a career in law, but after attending the college of her dreams, Georgetown University. As far as campus involvement, she is currently a LEAD Scholar, serves on UCF's Student Conduct Board, and is the IFC delegate for Panhellenic Council. Also, Shanzay is an active member of Kappa Delta Sorority and first started getting involved in Student Government after she served on Senate Leadership Council last year. She has been playing tennis for the last ten years of her life, enjoys long walks on the beach, likes watching Lord of the Rings in her spare time, and has a cat that weighs fourteen pounds. Shanzay hopes to grow and mature as a leader through her position in Senate, and hopefully inspires others to do the same.

Leonel Atencio is a senior majoring in Molecular Biology and Microbiology with a minor in Medical Anthropology. He has been serving on Senate since the 43rd, and he has served as the Financial Allocations for Organizations Vice Chairman. Currently, Leonel is now the Deputy Pro Tempore of Senate Legislative Affairs. Beyond SGA, Leonel has been proudly involved with Pre-Professional Medical Society, Pre Med American Medical Student Association, Multicultural Association of Pre-Health Students, and Microbiology Club. Furthermore, Leonel has been actively involved in the College of Medicine by taking part of the Peer Mentor Program, and by being a Human Anatomy Volunteer Teaching Assistant. Leonel is also involved with his community by having served as a volunteer of Florida Hospital and now assisting patients of a Holistic Wellness Center.

Senator Daralys Lopez has been a member of the SGA Senate for three years now and she is going on her fourth. She has been on the Presidents list, Deans List, and has even won the award of Senator of the month. Senator Lopez cares deeply about the students and has in the past, and present, done as much as she can for the Registered Student Organizations here on campus. She is currently a Molecular Biology and Microbiology Major and is constantly developing her craft through various internships and studies. Senator Lopez is free to talk to students at her documented office hours and stresses the importance of being a civil servant, nothing more.

Kailyn Marie Perez is a junior majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business and Journalism. She has returned again for her second year on the 45th Senate session, serving as the senator for the College of Sciences Seat 1. Kailyn sat on The Campus Relations Committee, the Elections and Appointments Committee, Student Leadership Council Committee and the Operational Review Committee her first year on senate. Kailyn has been elected the Elections and Appointments Committee Chair for the 45th Senate session. She is a member of various honor societies and organizations including National Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key National Honor Society and the National Society for Leadership and Success. Kailyn has remained on the Dean's List and President's List for her college career thus far. She also danced professionally with Orlando Ballet her freshmen year and enjoys anything having to do with fashion, the arts and traveling. She hopes to continue serving the student body this session by assisting her Registered Student Organizations in receiving funding through bills and allocations and educating the student body on the opportunities they can receive through funding from the A&SF budget.

Senator Weston Bayes is a sophomore representing the College of Sciences in Sciences seat 3. He is pursuing a degree in Political Science Pre-law. Senator Bayes is originally from Naples, Florida. His involvement on campus includes being on SBPAC 2011-2012, current Knight-Thon fundraising chair, and a brother of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He plans on attending law school after college and eventually going into practice. Outside of SGA and OSI he likes to spend time on the golf course and with friends. His goals while being on the 45th Senate are to create more transparency between student government and the student body and to also allocate student funds in a responsible and timely manner.

Jonathan Cannon is currently serving on his second term in SGA Senate. Jonathan is a Political Science and Psychology Double Major. Since Jonathan has lived in the USA, he has wanted nothing more than to be involved in government and the legislative process. Jonathan is also a proud brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity and is proud to represent his organization by serving as a senator. Jonathan is also the Vice-Chair of the LJR committee and is currently devoting his time to the improvement of statues for all students on campus.

Senator Elyane Miller is a senior representing the College of Sciences. She is majoring in Political Science, International Relations with a minor in German language. She is from Gainesville, Florida and is looking forward to a productive and fiscally responsible year on the 45th Senate. Elyane is currently serving as President of Kappa Delta Sorority where she also held the position of Treasurer from 2011-2012. She is involved with Order of Omega, Rho Lambda, Pi Sigma Alpha and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at UCF. This past summer, Elyane interned with the United States Department of State in the Office of Aviation Negotiations and the Office of Transportation Policy. She plans to pursue a degree in Public Policy and work with a non-profit in the future.

Jacob Kahn is a senior double majoring in biology and international and global studies with a minor in French language. He has been serving on senate since the 43rd, and he has served as the Operations Review Committee Vice Chairman and Chairman. Currently, Jacob is serving his second year on the Activity and Service Fee Budget Committee and is now the Deputy Pro Tempore of Senate Operations and Appropriations. Beyond SGA, Jacob is a proud brother of Sigma Pi Fraternity and loves to swim, go to the beach, and cook. It should also be noted that Jacob is Delta Gamma's number one fan at UCF.

Nicole Simmons is currently a senior studying Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Spanish. Born in Pembroke Pines, Florida, she moved to Orlando when she was 10 and has been here ever since. In Senate, Nicole represents the college of sciences and and is the Operations Review Committee Chair. She hopes to represent students the best she can as a Senator, and help them achieve their goals. In her spare time, Nicole likes to hang out with friends, eat sushi, and go on random road trips. She hopes to become an advertising copywriter in the future.

Arianna Young is a senior representing the College of Sciences for the second year in a row. She is a double major in Political Science and International & Global Studies with a minor in Spanish Language. She was born in Seattle, Washington. On the 44th Student Senate, Arianna was the Vice Chair of the Senate Leadership Council Committee as well as a member of the Conference Registration and Travel Committee and the Elections and Appointments Committee. This year on the 45th, she is the Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, Chair of the SGA Scholarship Committee, and a Senator-at-Large on the Activity and Service Fee Budget Committee. Outside of SGA, Arianna is a proud member of Kappa Delta Sorority. Her hobbies include hanging out with her two best friends and fellow senators, Anthony King & Eric Katz, stumbling on stumbleupon.com, reading, and listening to Jack's Mannequin. In the future, Arianna wants to further her education by attending law school in Fall 2013. This year in SGA, she wants to increase awareness of the services that UCF SGA provides to the students and promote campus involvement for all Registered Student Organizations.

Senator Beverly Sanchez is a senior representing the Rosen College of Hospitality. She is double majoring in both Interpersonal/organizational Communications and Event Management with a minor in Non-profit management. Beverly is a local girl, having transferred from Seminole State College. Her hometown is Winter Springs, Florida. During her duration at SSC, she was highly involved with student life as a student ambassador, peer mentor, volunteer coordinator and leadership facilitator. Upon entering her senior year here at UCF, she has been involved in Volunteer UCF, serving on the hunger and homeless committee and Cru. Service to the Orlando community is a passion that she wishes to continue on as a career, eventually starting her own Non-profit organization or working alongside UNICEF. Her hobbies include painting, long boarding, camping, and being in good company. For her term on senate, she hopes to provide a better relationship between the main campus and Rosen campus. As well as continuing green initiatives on the Rosen Campus.

Senator Sheridan Kushner is a sophomore majoring in Hospitality Management and Public Administration with a minor in Non-profit Management. Over the course of her nineteen years of life, she has developed a strong desire in her heart to work closely with children fighting for their health everyday. Kushner thrives on the power of a smile and the courage of triumph, and looks forward to new opportunities to build closer relations with a foundations such as the Children’s Miracle Network and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Senator Kushner believe the best way to make an impact is through events that are fun and memorable, especially with fellow students, which is why she proudly sits as the Communications Chair on the Executive Board of Knight-Thon, UCF's official student-run philanthropy. Senator Kushner's passion for children and student government both started in her hometown of Cooper City where she grew up as the youngest daughter of a family of Knights. Kushner spent her first year at UCF as a member of the Student Body President's Advisory Council and as a sister of Delta Delta Delta. This year, she looks forward to growing as a leader under the PR team of her sorority as the Alumni Relations Chair while also learning a new branch of Student Government. The idea of allowing students to feel more connected to their University through bills and allocations is what attracted Kushner to senate, and she is excited to be the liaison between her peers and the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. As a South Florida native, Senator Kushner enjoys pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. Kushner is a devout elephant enthusiast, lover of the water, and the way to her heart is through sarcasm and Harry Potter references.

Senator Neal Cordero is a junior representing the College of Undergraduate Studies. He is from the great state of Texas and his hometown is San Antonio, Texas. Senator Cordero has political aspirations, and in the future hopes to one day serve as this great nations President. Senator Cordero is a member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity here on campus, and was one of its founders. On top of that, he was the first secretary of this organization during his freshman year. Along with being involved in a fraternity, Senator Cordero has also worked for many politicians. During his freshman year, Senator Cordero interned with Congressman Alan Grayson as a constituent advocate and helped the constituents of District 8 with a multitude of problems. Senator Cordero his happily serving as the Vice Chair of the Fiscal Allocations for Organizations Committee (FAO) and is free to discuss any issue with the students should they have one. His goal as an SGA senator is aid the students in any way that he possibly can.
