The Student Government Senate is elected each fall semester as representatives for each college and/or campus. The Student Government President and Vice President are elected by the student body each spring semester to a one year term.
The Election Commission serves to promote and facilitate the fall (Senate) and spring (Presidential) elections for the Student Government Association. The Election Commission is comprised of the Supervisor of Elections, the Assistant Supervisor of Elections, and eight other Election Commissioners. Together they successfully market, facilitate, and make sure all candidates and campaigners abide by the Election Statutes.
